
Blushnaapo Return and Refund Policy

At Blushnaapo, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality footwear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Please read the following terms and conditions to understand how our return and refund process works.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Footwear and accessories must not show signs of wear, scratches, stains, or damage.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items that have been worn or used.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
If you return an item that does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Email us at info@blushnaapo.com or call (941) 629-7270 to request a Return Authorization (RA). Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.Return Authorization:
Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number and provide instructions on how to return your item(s).Package Your Return:
Please ensure that the item(s) are properly packed in their original packaging to prevent any damage during the return shipping process. The Return Authorization Number should be clearly visible on the outside of the package.Ship the Return:
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective item, shipping error, or quality issue. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is safely delivered. Blushnaapo is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your account.Refund Amount:
We will refund the full amount of the item(s) returned, excluding the original shipping fees. If your order qualified for free shipping but is returned for a refund, we will deduct the standard shipping cost from your refund.Restocking Fees:
In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied to returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are returned after the 30-day window. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. Exchanges
At Blushnaapo, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and then returning the original item for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@blushnaapo.com or call (941) 629-7270 within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional charge.
To ensure that we process your request quickly, please provide:
- Photographs of the damaged or defective item.
- Your order number and contact information.
6. Late Returns
Any returns made after the 30-day return window will not be accepted unless the return is due to a defect or a Blushnaapo error. In these cases, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
7. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us.Original Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Blushnaapo error.
8. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, you may exchange it for store credit or request a refund. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
